Comedian Pete Davidson is currently the youngest member of the "Saturday Night Live" cast.
In fact, when he joined last year, he couldn't even drink legally at the show's after-parties. He's even labeled as the show's "Resident Young Person."
Davidson was born in Staten Island in 1993. His father, who was a firefighter, died in the World Trade Center September 11, 2001. Davidson has dealt with this childhood tragedy with a strong sense of humor. He incorporates jokes about the tragedy into everything from his stand-up to a bit he did during the roast of Justin Bieber.
Davidson started his comedy career at a young age. He began doing stand-up at 16. He moved up quickly to MTV shows like "Guy Code" and "Wild 'n Out." He was cast on "Saturday Night Live" after a recommendation from former cast member Bill Hader.
In just one season, Davidson has already made a huge impression.
You can expect more great things from him when the new season kicks off October 3.
