New York City built an awesome park on a fake hill

 A new section of the park on Governors Island called "The Hills" opens on July 19, 2016. Made largely out of debris and rubble from the island, four large mounds offer unparalleled views of the New York skyline, the Statue of Liberty and New York Harbor. Here's a first look at the new green space, including a unique drone's-eye view.
